BWK Rogers PC is offering the national Certified Nonprofit Accounting
Professional (C.N.A.P.) program here in the Twin Cities. Developed and
sponsored by the Certified Public Accounting and consulting firm
members of the national Not-for-Profit Services Association, this is
the first certification program designed specifically for non-CPAs
any professionals charged with the financial management of a
not-for-profit organization.
The curriculum of this comprehensive
two-phase program includes accounting issues specific to non-profit
organizations, as well as in-depth training on more advanced topics
such as internal controls, the new Form 990, board governance and
budgeting for your organization.
The C.N.A.P. program will be presented in the downtown Minneapolis
Area. Phase I (approximately 12 contact hours) will be
presented on Thursday and Friday, May 19th and 20th, 2011,
and Phase II (approximately 12 contact hours) will be presented on
Thursday and Friday June 9th-10th, 2011. For more information
